1. Introduction

Swanholm Technology AB (hereinafter "the Company", "we" or "us") is a company that works with the development, production and sales of smart and connected products with a focus on safety for integration in clothing and accessories.
Through its services and products, the company meets a need in society that aims to protect people in industries with vulnerable personnel, such as truck drivers, road workers and construction workers, as well as private consumers who are exposed to, for example, cycling, riding and hunting.
For the Company, personal integrity is important. People who entrust us with their personal data must feel secure in how personal data is handled and protected. Customer refers to all users of the Company's products.

2. Application

Below you get information about what personal data we collect, for what purposes and how we process the data. It can be data processing in relation to you as a customer or supplier to us - or processing within the framework of our services. How the Company processes employees 'or jobseekers' personal data is not described here.

3. Personal information

Personal data refers to data that can be attributed to you as a physical person such as e.g. name, address and telephone number.
What personal information do we collect and for what purpose?
The personal information we process about you as a customer to us is mainly name and contact information in order to fulfill our agreement on access to our services or products or to provide you with other relevant information about the services or products you have access to. The company also processes personal data regarding representatives of customer companies.

We can also handle your personal information e.g. to provide you with information and offers about our services or to develop our products. Under the heading "Personal information about customers to the Company", you can read more about the personal information that we collect and process about our customers.
We collect content and other information that you provide when you use our products, including when you register via our app and register your contact details.
We also collect contact information if you choose to upload, synchronize or import it from a device that we use to locate your location.
The personal information we collect about you as a supplier is mainly name and contact information in order to be able to administer our agreement. Under the heading "Personal information about suppliers to the Company", you can read more about the personal information that we collect and process about representatives of the Company's suppliers. Under the heading "Personal data in the Company's services and products", we explain which personal data may appear in our services and products.

4. Personal information about the customer to the Company

Personal data is processed only for the purposes described in this information. The company only processes personal data to the extent that such processing is necessary for our services and products or for such other purposes as set out below.

4.1 Purpose of processing personal data

We process personal data about customers for the following purposes:
• Provision of our services and products in accordance with applicable conditions.
• Develop and improve our services and products
• Provide you as a customer of the Company with information and offers about our services

4.2 Personal data

Personal information attributable to you that the Company may process is contact information (eg name, e-mail address and telephone number), user information (eg name, e- mail address and location information) and other information that the Company receives from you through your contact with us.

4.3 Legal basis

The processing of your personal data takes place with the support of the agreement, consent, legal obligations and legitimate interest. With regard to legitimate interest, we may use your information, for example, to provide you with information about our offers and services.

4.4 Storage and thinning of personal data

How long a personal data will be stored depends on the personal data in question and the purpose of its processing. Personal data is retained only for as long as there is a need to retain them in order to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected.
The company will keep your information as long as you are a customer of the company, and for another 36 months for the above purposes. Thereafter, they will be saved for various legal requirements, such as the Swedish accounting act (“bokföringslagen”). Once that time has passed, your personal information will be deleted.

4.5 Processing of personal data for marketing purposes

The company may use your personal information in direct marketing. You always have the right to request that the personal information that the Company has is not used for direct marketing. See further under the heading "Your rights" below.

4.6 Information about location-based services and products

In order to offer you as a customer location-based products and services, the Company can collect, use and store exact location data, including the geographical location in real time for your mobile phone or device. We use different types of technologies to track the location, such as GPS and Bluetooth. It helps us, for example, to keep track of alarms triggered in the vests in order to calibrate better the technology.

5. Personal information about suppliers to the Company

5.1 Purpose of processing personal data

The processing of your personal data is necessary for the Company to be able to administer purchasing agreements, handle invoices and to be able to ask questions to the supplier regarding the products or services that the Company purchases.

5.2 Personal data

The Company processes personal data regarding representatives of supplier companies with which the Company has or intends to enter into agreements. Personal data that is processed may include names, telephone numbers, e-mails and titles and other information that the Company receives from you through your contact with us.

5.3 Legal basis

In order to be able to enter into and handle agreements with suppliers, the Company processes personal data belonging to persons who are representatives of the suppliers. Certain personal data may also be processed due to the Company having a legal obligation to do so, for example personal data on invoices as a result of the accounting obligation.

5.4 Storage and deletion of personal data

How long a personal data will be stored depends on the personal data in question and the purpose of its processing. Personal data is retained only for as long as there is a need to retain them in order to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected. Your name and contact information are stored in the Company's supplier register for as long as the supplier relationship lasts and thereafter for accounting purposes for 10 years.

6. The protection of personal data

The company has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. To ensure that personal data is processed in a secure and confidential manner, we use computer networks that are protected against intrusion, including firewalls and password protection according to industry standards. To ensure the privacy of the personal information you provide via the Internet, we may use encryption technology when we transfer such personal information over the Internet to our servers.

The Company's employees and suppliers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are obliged to comply with the Company's rules for data protection, information and IT security and other internal regulations that further regulate the processing of personal data.

7. Access to personal data

Within the Company, as few as possible shall have access to your personal data. Only those persons within the Company who need the tasks to be able to perform their work have access to them. The Company has service agreements with companies that process personal data on behalf of the Company. These agreements contain for example provisions on confidentiality and security in the processing of personal data. The Company is always responsible for the processing and you can contact the Company with questions about the processing. The data is processed in accordance with the purposes for which your personal data has been collected.

8. Your rights

It is our duty to process only personal data that is correct, relevant and necessary taking into account our legitimate purposes, and you have the right to check that this is done. You have the right to be informed free of charge about which personal data the Company processes about you as well as information about the scope and purpose of such processing, ie. what personal data is processed, where it was obtained from, for what purpose or purposes and what information is disclosed. Requests for register extracts are sent to the Company, see contact information below. The register extract is normally sent to you within a month. Should it take more than a month, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay.
In addition to the right to obtain a register extract and to have personal data corrected, you also have the right in certain cases to object to the processing and demand that the personal data be deleted, that it be restricted (a mark that the processing of personal data be limited to a specific purpose) out to you on an IT medium (data portability). Please note, however, that certain personal data are necessary to be able to fulfill certain tasks and can therefore not be restricted or deleted for this purpose. If you believe that any information about you is incorrect or misleading, you should contact us immediately. You always have the right to revoke a given consent and state that you oppose the continued processing of your personal data, if the processing is based on such consent.

9. Changes in this Information

The company reserves the right to revise this information from time to time. The date of the last change is indicated in the introduction. If we make any changes, we will post these changes on this site.
